Refund and Return Policy

Our Commitment
We are a small, independent brand, and we put a great deal of care into the LOW SIGNAL-CORE SERIES. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. 
  Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  Process: To start a return, please contact us at hello@lowsignalfield.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items
Please note that any items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
